We are urgently looking for
- Sales Executive
location based at New Delhi
Responsibilities
- Having Knowledge regarding products such as Insurance ( Life Insurance, General Insurance), Mutual Funds, Debt Instruments, Fixed Deposits, Bonds/NCDs etc.
- Managing investments & maintaining Client relationships, interact directly with clients, reviewing their portfolios, giving regular updates, resolving their queries
- Create plans to address clients' business needs
- Advise clients on creating profitable processes
- Schedule regular meetings as well as field meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Help sales team upsell or crosssell services and product
- Developing and implementing sales strategies for the business across all channels.
Servicing Existing Client & Handling Inbound call
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience in sales or finance & bank fields.
- Handling Inbound calls & Provide Services to Existing Client.
- A customeroriented attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Problemsolving aptitude
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
