Job Summary - VMT Associate
The Vendor Management Team Analyst is a critical member of our Benefits & Wellbeing Delivery team. Their primary accountabilities will be within the Benefits pillar with Third Party Governance and Vendor Management.

This Analyst will support a variety of Benefit programming spanning health and insurance plans, Wellbeing Programs and Policies and the Recognition Program.


Vendor Management - 80%

  • Support day to day operations of Reward programs through Third Party Governance tools.
  • Participates in vendor renewals, RFPs, contract reviews and new vendor onboarding.
  • Initiates purchase orders and supports the timely payment of invoices.
  • Works closely and collaborates with internal and external teams to help professionally and efficiently solve vendor management related concerns.
  • Completes periodic reviews of vendors to ensure internal and external compliance.
  • Work on addressing identified risks and is proactive and highlighting potential risks with the vendor.
  • Assesses opportunities for efficiencies and process improvements.

Data Integrity and Analytics - 20%

  • Helps to maintain and distributes departmental metrics including identifying targets to improve providing analysis on trends and measuring against department goals.
  • Assists with data integrity processes with vendors and insurers such as weekly file feeds or monthly payment processing.
  • May help to ensure program data accuracy with benefit carriers.
  • Supports compliance, regulatory filings, and financial audit activities.

Profile requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or other related areas preferred.
  • 1 year of HR experience preferred.
  • Prior Benefits/Vendor Management experience preferred.
  • Customer/Stakeholder Service.
  • Ability to work with and analyze data.
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, analytical and problemsolving skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Highly collaborative team player.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and roll up sleeves to "go figure it out".
  • Having a cando flexible attitude is a must.
