Responsibilities:


  • Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products, services, policies, and promotions.
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution.
  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and inquiries resolved.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or similar environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.

Salary:
₹18, ₹24,000.00 per month
