Customer Care Representative - Noida, India - Cityavenue Infra Private Limited
Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products, services, policies, and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and inquiries resolved.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or similar environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
Salary:
₹18, ₹24,000.00 per month
