    Description

    ProArch is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals. You will work closely with the sales team and play a crucial role in achieving revenue targets and driving growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prospect and identify potential customers using various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
    • Qualify leads and set up meetings or demonstrations for the sales team.
    • Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
    • Close sales deals and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
    • Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and track progress using CRM software.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and market trends.
    • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer requirements and market demand.

    Requirements

    • 2-4 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
