    Job Description
    Summary
    We are currently on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior Visualizer with expertise in Unreal Engine to join our visualization team in EC Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will boast a proven history of delivering exceptional visualizations and possess advanced Unreal Engine development skills. In this role, they will play a pivotal part in spearheading and executing projects, fostering innovation, and mentoring junior team members.
    Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Lead the creation of top-notch, lifelike visualizations using Unreal Engine.
    • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to grasp project requirements and goals.
    • Offer creative direction and mentorship to junior visualizers, ensuring successful project execution.
    • Apply advanced lighting, shading, and rendering techniques for desired visual effects.
    • Enhance performance and optimize workflow efficiency within Unreal Engine, following industry best practices.
    • Stay updated on the latest Unreal Engine and 3D visualization trends, tools, and technologies.
    • Contribute to refining visual concepts, workflows, and pipelines.
    • Engage in client discussions, presentations, and reviews, effectively conveying ideas and solutions.
    Qualifications
    Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree/Diploma or equivalent in Visualization, Animation, Game Design, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
    • Extensive professional experience of 10-15 years in Unreal Engine, backed by a robust portfolio showcasing advanced visualizations.
    • Thorough grasp of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering principles.
    • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender.
    • Advanced skills in post-production software like Adobe After Effects, Premiere, and Nuke.
    • Strong issue-solving capabilities and the aptitude to troubleshoot technical challenges independently.
    • Excellent English communication (both written and verbal), leadership, and collaboration skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
    • Desirable experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members.
    Preferred Experience
    • Experience in virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) development.
    • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Blueprint or Python.
    • Prior exposure to working in the AEC industry, design studio, or entertainment sector.
    • Knowledge of architectural visualization, product rendering, or automotive visualization.
