    Job description :

    Exp required 6 to 12y.


    - Should have 7+ years of experience in writing Interfaces, Conversions.

    - Should have 7+ years of experience in Oracle 10g, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL.

    - Should have 7+ years of experience writing triggers, views, packages, procedures, functions.

    - Must have worked in Agile Work culture.

    - Should have 7+ years of experience in Performance tuning.

    - Should have experience in SCM.

    - Must be familiar with Testing Methodologies.

    - Should be able to identify gaps in the system & provide recommendation from data perspective.

    - Should have product hands-on knowledge in configurations/setups, transactions.

    - Ability to analyze and fix the issues.

    - Excellent communication skills.

    Technical Leadership :

    Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring that best practices are followed in Oracle Apps development.

    System Design and Architecture :

    Design and architect Oracle Apps solutions, including determining system requirements, architecture, and technical design.

    Development and Customization :

    Lead the development and customization of Oracle Apps modules, ensuring that they meet business requirements and are implemented according to best practices.

    Integration :

    Manage the integration of Oracle Apps with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.

    Performance Tuning :

    Perform performance tuning and optimization of Oracle Apps modules to ensure optimal performance and scalability.

    Code Review :

    Conduct code reviews to ensure that coding standards and best practices are followed, and provide feedback to developers as needed.

    Documentation :

    Create and maintain technical documentation for Oracle Apps solutions, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.

    Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution :

    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Apps, working closely with the development team and other stakeholders.

    Vendor Management :

    Work with Oracle and other vendors to manage relationships, resolve technical issues, and stay updated on new features and enhancements.

    Team Collaboration :

    Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of Oracle Apps projects.

    Training and Mentoring :

    Provide training and mentoring to junior developers and team members, helping them enhance their skills and grow in their careers.

    Compliance :

    Ensure that Oracle Apps solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and security standards.
