Responsibilities:


Solution Design:

Work closely with developers, UX/UI designers, and other IT teams to design innovative solutions that align with business requirements and technical constraints.


Vendor Management:
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to evaluate, select, and integrate third-party products and services as needed.


Requirements:


Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, salesforce, PMP) are a plus.

Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of software development processes, programming languages, and web technologies. Familiarity with agile methodologies is preferred. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration platforms.

Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Communication and Collaboration:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Adaptability:
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Customer Focus:
A strong focus on providing excellent customer service and delivering solutions that meet end-user needs.

Documentation Skills:
Proficient in creating technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹50, ₹75,000.00 per month
