Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Telecallers to join our team.

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing them to our products/services, and generating interest to drive sales.

Your excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities will play a key role in promoting our offerings and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lists or databases.
  • Introduce our products to potential customers, explaining their benefits and features.
  • Provide accurate information about pricing, offers, and promotions.
  • Answer incoming calls from customers who are interested in our products/services.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate and respond to customer queries.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate followups and close deals.
  • Continuously update and improve knowledge of our products/services and sales techniques.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role in a sales environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to actively listen and understand customer needs and concerns.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in outbound telemarketing or cold calling.
  • Familiarity with the industry and market trends.
  • Multilingual abilities for communicating with diverse customer bases.
  • Working Environment: This is an officebased position with regular working hours
