    About the Role :


    We are seeking a talented React Developer to join our team and play a key role in building user interfaces for our web applications using Fluent UI.

    You will leverage your expertise in React and understanding of Fluent Design principles to create beautiful, functional, and accessible user experiences.

    This role requires a strong foundation in web development and a passion for crafting intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.


    Responsibilities :

    • Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces using React and Fluent UI components.
    • Collaborate with designers, UX professionals, and backend engineers to translate design mockups into functional components.
    • Write clean, maintainable, and welldocumented code adhering to best practices and Fluent UI guidelines.
    • Ensure components are responsive and work seamlessly across different devices and browsers.
    • Implement accessibility best practices to create inclusive interfaces for all users.
    • Utilize Fluent UI theming and customization options to create a consistent and branded user experience.
    • Develop unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and stability.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Stay uptodate on the latest trends and innovations in React and Fluent UI.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Minimum of 2+ years of experience developing web applications with React.
    • Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and modern web development concepts.
    • Experience with Fluent UI components and design principles is a strong plus.
    • Basic understanding of accessibility best practices is preferred.
    • Excellent problemsolving, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
