All hiring decisions will be based solely on qualifications, skills, and experience relevant to the job requirements.Job DescriptionZycus is looking for Value Engineering Consultant having procurement domain expertise and good business consulting experience. Ideally the consultant should:
  • Have an understanding of the type of benefits targeted through procurement transformations including different savings or value levers
  • Have experience of supporting sales of procurement transformation technologies and/or services by creating business cases for client's transformation journey
  • Have an understanding of leading practice processes in procurement domains of category management, supplier relationship management, sourcing, contracting and operational purchase to pay
  • Have experience of building solutions by bringing together aspects of technology, process, operating model, data and change management
  • Have experience of helping customers focus on their goals by driving the implementation towards a successful, on-time implementation.
  • Have experience on business process mapping, process re-engineering and gap analysis. Recommending opportunities for streamlining, consolidating and optimizing processes.
  • Have experience in recommending road maps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans
    • Job RequirementExpertise and Qualification
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to translate complex issues into compelling solutions with clear articulation of business benefits.
  • Strong customer facing skills, ability to influence and motivate internal/external teams and vendor partners.
  • Exceptional client management skills and be able to work with customers to come up with a holistic solution comprising of people, process, technology, data and operating model uplifts
  • Deep understanding of Procurement related processes including Source-to-Pay (both upstream and downstream), Contract Lifecycle Management, Supplier Management, Category Management, Spend Analysis etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in successful delivery of procurement transformation programs
  • 5-7 years' consulting experience in Source to Pay and/Procure to Pay solutions and experience in systems implementation in an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider.
  • 5+ years of experience with Cloud Procurement suites such as Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, GEP SMART or any other similar product suite as implementer or business consultant or as business process architect in an organisation's procurement transformation
