    Vardhan Ayurveda Hospital is a leading healthcare institution dedicated to providing holistic Ayurvedic treatments and wellness solutions. Located in the vibrant city of Vijayawada, we are committed to delivering high-quality care and personalized services to our patients.

    Responsibilities:

    As the Business Development Manager for our Vijayawada location, you will be responsible for:

    · Developing and executing strategic plans to expand our network of referring physicians and healthcare practitioners in the Vijayawada area.

    · Building and nurturing relationships with doctors, clinics, and medical facilities to generate referrals to Vardhan Ayurveda Hospital.

    · Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to referred patients.

    · Representing Vardhan Ayurveda Hospital at local events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and increase brand visibility.

    · Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the Vijayawada market.

    · Providing regular reports and updates on business development activities and outcomes.

    Requirements:

    · Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field. MBA preferred.

    · 4 to 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the hospital or healthcare sector, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.

    · Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with healthcare professionals.

    · Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

    · Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business success.

    · Knowledge of the Vijayawada healthcare market and existing relationships with local physicians and medical professionals is a plus.
