    JOB DESCRIPTION

    This is a great opportunity to be at the centre of content creation and work with marketing & CoE team.

    As the Content Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing content strategies to support marketing initiatives and internal practice building efforts. Working closely with the Marketing Leader and the Center of Excellence (CoE) Leader, you will be responsible for creating engaging and impactful content that resonates with our target audience, establishes thought leadership, and drives business growth.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Marketing Leader and the CoE Leader to develop comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives, target audience personas, and market trends.
    • Content Creation: Write, edit, and curate compelling content across various formats, including articles, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, videos, and social media posts.
    • Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and industry events.
    • SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility, website traffic, and lead generation.
    • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with subject matter experts, marketing teams, designers, and other stakeholders to gather inputs, validate content accuracy, and ensure brand consistency.
    • Content Distribution: Develop distribution plans and leverage various channels, including website, email marketing, social media, and industry publications, to maximize content reach and engagement.
    • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, conversion rates, and lead generation, to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
    • Internal Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and workshops to disseminate best practices, content guidelines, and storytelling techniques to internal teams and stakeholders.

    QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Good understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and emerging trends.
    • Proven experience (10+ years) in content creation and management, preferably in a B2B technology or professional services environment.
    • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling content tailored to different audiences and channels.
    • Strong understanding of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, and digital marketing strategies.
    • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
    • Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual storytelling and design aesthetics.
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build consensus around content strategies and ideas.
