- 4 to 6 years of experience in payroll processing
- Strong knowledge of ADP Payroll, greythr, razorpay, keka, and zoho payroll software
- Familiarity with payroll laws and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other payroll-related software
- Process payroll for clients using ADP Payroll, greythr, razorpay, keka, and zoho payroll software
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and reimbursements
- Maintain payroll records and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
- Generate payroll reports for management review and perform payroll reconciliations
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and benefits
- Stay updated with payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies
