    Job Overview

    We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive to join our team at Beacon Group India. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The employment type is full-time.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the diagnostic or healthcare industry
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiating and closing abilities
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
    • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
    • Willingness to travel as required

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify and prospect potential customers in the assigned territory
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
    • Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling company products
    • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
    • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts
    • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance
