    We are seeking an experienced Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts for technical positions. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing top tech talent, utilizing advanced

    headhunting techniques , and staying abreast of industry trends. This role is pivotal in building our technical team and driving our company's growth in the technology sector.


    Required skill sets :
    Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand tech staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
    Employ advanced headhunting techniques

    to identify and engage passive candidates for technical roles, including software developers, engineers, and IT professionals.
    Conduct thorough

    X-ray searches on various platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow

    to identify potential candidates with specific skill sets and experiences.
    Build and maintain a strong network of tech professionals through networking events, online communities, and industry forums.
    Stay updated on emerging technologies, market trends, and best practices in tech recruiting and talent acquisition.
    Track recruitment metrics, including sourcing effectiveness, candidate pipeline, and time-to-fill, and provide regular reports to management.
    Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field with 5 Plus years of experience.
    Proven track record of success in tech recruiting, with a focus on software development, engineering, or IT roles.
    Strong understanding of technical skill sets, programming languages, and software development methodologies.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
    Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.
    Analytical mindset with the ability to track and analyze recruitment data to inform decision-making and improve processes.
    Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
