    Position Summary: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates eager to start their careers in talent acquisition. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent using various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
    • Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
    • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
    • Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
    • Job Advertisements: Create and post compelling job advertisements to attract high-quality candidates.
    • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
    • Eagerness to learn and grow in the talent acquisition field.
