1. To manage/ handle the sales at the Site.- To explain clients about the project, showing them the sample flat & closing the prospect lead.
- Generating leads through Broker Channel as well as Direct Sales.
- To attend walk-in clients/ phone enquiries in response to advertisement.
- To maintain accurate and extensive records of the database of clients.
- To track and follow-up on all inbound leads.
- To maintain cordial relations with Client/ Broker.
- To conduct detailed market research/survey and be apprised of all the competitors offers and schemes in the market on periodic basis.
- To coordinate with site engineer & CRM in possession related matters, solving complaints/ issues etc.
- To get involved in post sales work if need arises.
- To prepare MIS and other reports on periodic basis and forward the same to Sales Manager & HOD.
Qualification - Any Graduate, MBA
Job Location - Charniroad / Khetwadi
