Description
1. To manage/ handle the sales at the Site.


  • To explain clients about the project, showing them the sample flat & closing the prospect lead.
  • Generating leads through Broker Channel as well as Direct Sales.
  • To attend walk-in clients/ phone enquiries in response to advertisement.
  • To maintain accurate and extensive records of the database of clients.
  • To track and follow-up on all inbound leads.
  • To maintain cordial relations with Client/ Broker.
  • To conduct detailed market research/survey and be apprised of all the competitors offers and schemes in the market on periodic basis.
  • To coordinate with site engineer & CRM in possession related matters, solving complaints/ issues etc.
  • To get involved in post sales work if need arises.
  • To prepare MIS and other reports on periodic basis and forward the same to Sales Manager & HOD.
Addition Skills - Having knowledge of RERA
Qualification - Any Graduate, MBA
Job Location - Charniroad / Khetwadi

Industry - Real Estate
