    Description

    Overview

    Waters, the world's leading specialty measurement company that cares about inclusion and diversity is seeking for a Senior Sales Development Specialist to develop marketing and promotional programs to stimulate demand by generating MQLs for all Waters range of products e.g. MS, HPLC/ UPLC, Informatics and ensure timely and proper execution of those programs.

    Responsibilities

    To launch new products or our existing products to new market.
    Training of sales team and provide technical support
    Hold product / Market seminars for customers
    To co-ordinate internally with all the field sales team and stake holders to ensure that all proposed marketing programs are conducted with success.
    Must be willing to travel extensively.

    Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level in Science or equivalent. MBA / Sales experience will be preferred.
  • Proven professional Sales/Application or marketing experience (minimum 8 years)
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical and project management skills
  • Self-motivated, confident with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple deadlines at once across cross functional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs
  • Must be a team player
