    Job Description:


    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in SEO and Performance Marketing to join our team.

    As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving online visibility, increasing traffic, and optimizing conversion rates across various digital platforms.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive qualified traffic to our online platforms.
    • Conduct keyword research, onpage optimization, and content optimization to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
    • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize ROI.
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for website, blog, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, and performance marketing.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Prior experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.
    • Minimum 1.5 to 2.5 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and performance marketing.
    • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
    • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz.
    • Handson experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
    • Selfmotivated with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
