    Senior Executive - Public Relations

    Key Accountabilities:

    Client Servicing and Retention:
    • Reading the IMM updates and downloading client clips by 9:30 am daily, verifying and sorting the clips for timely client updates, and tracking media hit rates for all press releases and media activities.
    • Ensuring on-time documentation, adherence to SOPs, and effective client relationship management.

    Media Relations:
    • Managing databases and fostering media relationships.
    • Developing relationships with journalists and editors, coordinating media activities, and ensuring media intelligence through tracking movements and proactive pitching of stories.

    Research and Documentation:
    • Assisting in drafting press releases with thorough research, developing industry reports, and updating client folders with relevant information.
    • Working on templates provided by the team head, researching clients and competitors for sector awareness, and collating evaluation reports post events and press conferences.
    • Preparation of monthly reports and meeting deadlines for report issuance.
