    Job Description

    What will the role look like?


    You will:

    • Establish and maintain productive working relationships with current and potential sellers in
    • UAE.
    • Achieve successful firsttime resolutions on all seller interactions.
    • Ability to recognize and identify system, process and policy issues impacting sellers/ partners.
    • Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Logistics, or Payments teams as and
    - when required to resolve Seller's issues and queries.

    • Outbound calling is required for this role.

    • Experience in analyzing large databases and experience in advanced Microsoft Excel.
