Description

We're looking for a Trainer who can:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the customer needs, products in the market, the manufacturers, the trade (traditional and modern).
  • Plan and execute Training Sessions seamlessly by working closely with the L&D Team and Customer Delight Team Exclusively.
  • Define, refine and track metrics which help in assessing the health and progress of the Customer Delight Team.
  • Seek continuous feedback from the Champs through online and offline mechanisms to get a feel of the current training techniques and quality audits.
  • Work closely with L&D Team in Creating Training Content for Jumbotail Technologies
  • Monitoring and providing continuous feedback on improvements in inbound processes such as Voice and WhatsApp process.
  • Create innovative and Engaging Training Content for the internal team.
  • Work closely with the Quality Auditing team to plan the Trainings accordingly.
  • Develop a schedule to assess training needs
  • Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership.
  • Maintain a database of all training materials
  • Review employee performance and learning
