    Description

    Supporting our clients on multiple projects on research and Analytics related to Leveraged and Acquisition Finance

    i. Supporting our clients on multiple projects on Research and Analytics related to Leveraged and Acquisition Finance

    ii. This job requires working closely with clients developing investment memorandum, credit memos and detailed cash flow models.

    iii. Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support potential deals.

    iv. Building detailed financial model for the company including historical operating & financial metrics projections with detailed revenue drivers and cost assumptions, capital structure analysis, de-leveraging potential based on forecasted free cash flows.

    v. Having an understanding of Term sheets, understanding of covenants, etc. would be helpful Key Tasks outlined:

    vi. Cash flow modelling: − Candidate should be proficient in creating a dynamic and a fully functioning financial model (including historical and projections)

    vii. Preparing detailed query list for clients to address any concerns in historical financials / justify future projections. viii. Preparation of detailed information memorandums / credit memos including financial commentary, industry research, and hypothetical model case scenarios using secondary research and other databases. ix. Valuation using different methodologies – Trading, transaction comparable, DCF x. Industry and company overview, and other adhoc research xi. Meet project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure "high client satisfaction" xii. Conducting quality control check of the outgoing reports / packs xiii. Engage client independently on calls and e-mails xiv. Produce high quality informative and visually appealing presentations and dec.

    Key Qualification:

    Post-Graduation in Finance or equiv. qualification (CFA, MBA (finance), CA or equiv.)


    • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience


    • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with experience in Client handling


    • Should be able to work independently with minimal guidance


    • Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel and Power Point (extensive use of excel models, word and power point)


    • Working knowledge of database such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Factset, Thomson, etc.
