About the Job:
To support Front office activities and give administrative support to the organization like record keeping and bookkeeping, secretarial-style support using Microsoft Office tools, and google docs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors and registering them at the reception register.
- Should be able to supervise the office and manage the daytoday functioning, including facility management and any other related work as assigned from time to time.
- Petty Cash Management.
- Managing daytoday purchases and transactions by providing invoices to the operations team.
- Responsible for answering external and internal official calls.
- Responsible for issuing access cards.
- Maintaining an inventory of various supplies used in the office.
- Coordinating shipping and receiving, including courier services, and providing status reports whenever required.
- Maintain a safe and clean office area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Skills required:
- Proven experience as an Admin/Front office with (01 years) experience.
- Excellent Communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs
- Research and recordkeeping skills
Job Type:
Full-time / In-office
Pay :
₹20,000 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:10 AM - 7 PM
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
