About the Job:


To support Front office activities and give administrative support to the organization like record keeping and bookkeeping, secretarial-style support using Microsoft Office tools, and google docs.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Welcoming visitors and registering them at the reception register.
  • Should be able to supervise the office and manage the daytoday functioning, including facility management and any other related work as assigned from time to time.
  • Petty Cash Management.
  • Managing daytoday purchases and transactions by providing invoices to the operations team.
  • Responsible for answering external and internal official calls.
  • Responsible for issuing access cards.
  • Maintaining an inventory of various supplies used in the office.
  • Coordinating shipping and receiving, including courier services, and providing status reports whenever required.
  • Maintain a safe and clean office area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Skills required:


  • Proven experience as an Admin/Front office with (01 years) experience.
  • Excellent Communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs
  • Research and recordkeeping skills

Job Type:
Full-time / In-office


Pay :
₹20,000 - ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:10 AM - 7 PM


Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
