We are looking for a customer experience associate to join our team with the objective of serving our customers better and proactively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyzing customer feedback on product ranges and new releases, as well as preparing reports.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the defined timelines.
- Call abandoned cart users to understand the reason for their drop off and convert them to make a purchase.
- Strategize and execute initiatives that will help in creating customer delight.
- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer services and brand awareness.
- Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints.
- Make Non-Order Delivery Report calls to the customers for orders that haven't been delivered.
Requirements:
- 01 year of work experience.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication i.e. English and Hindi.
- Comfortable speaking over the phone for multiple hours in the day.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Likes talking to new people and understanding new perspectives.
- Has interpersonal skills and a clientcentered approach.
- Possesses collaboration, and problemsolving skills.
