    We are in search of a skilled QA Manual Tester for our team. As a manual tester in our organization, you will have a crucial role in ensuring the quality and dependability of our software offerings. Working closely with the development team, your responsibilities will include identifying and reporting bugs, crafting test cases, and conducting manual testing to uphold the highest quality standards.

    Objectives of this role:

    • Test applications to ensure they meet quality standards for clients.
    • Identify defects and bugs, collaborating with developers on resolutions.
    • Develop test cases and scripts aligned with user stories and requirements.
    • Engage with other teams to verify software meets user needs and is delivered punctually.
    • Conduct regression testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) along with maintaining testing infrastructure efficiently.
    • Produce comprehensive test reports and performance evaluations for the products.
    • Engage in the entire software development life cycle of new products.
    • Stay updated on the latest testing technologies by attending conferences.

    Required skills and qualifications:

    • An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Over 2 years of demonstrated experience as a manual tester.
    • Proficiency in bugtracking systems like JIRA.
    • Strong attention to detail, ability to adhere to test plans and scripts, and effective management capabilities.
