- Processing expenses: Aid staff in Ireland with their expense processing. Log into our iExpense system, input transaction details, handle receipts, and ensure timely processing.
- Maintaining the Fitness & Probity Register: Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, monitor staff movements, update the Register promptly.
- Maintaining the MiFID II Knowledge & Competence Register: Monitor qualifications of staff under MiFID II, track staff movements, and oversee Continual Professional Development requirements.
- CPD: Manage CPD accreditation for events, maintain the CPD register.
- Requesting system access: Complete access requests and follow up on queries.
- Maintaining distribution lists: Ensure accuracy of lists and make updates as needed.
- Providing network drive access upon request.
- Document signing: Set up DocuSign profiles, handle signing requests.
- Managing Relationships: Build effective relationships with colleagues from diverse divisions.
- Planning and Organizing: Prioritize workload effectively.
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience in a professional environment, preferably in financial services.
- Strong processing skills and attention to detail.

What to expect:
Join the Dublin Admin Team that supports Mercer's Global Investment Leaders and Investment Solutions staff. Due to the growth of our Investments Team globally, we are now looking to streamline administrative tasks handled by the Admin Team to free up the Dublin team's capacity to fully support our Global Leaders with diary planning, inbox management, travel arrangements, and event planning. The team consists of five individuals. This is a full-time position reporting to the Admin Team Manager.
