Tosko Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team.

This position is ideal for an individual with 2 to 4 years of marketing experience who is ready to take on more responsibilities and contribute to the growth of our organization.

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to the development of comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that align with the company's objectives and target audience.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences through market research and analysis. Use insights to identify opportunities, target the right audience, and refine marketing strategies.
Oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales support documents. Ensure they are uptodate, visually appealing, and effectively communicate key messages.
Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations for improvements based on datadriven analysis.
Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing activities with overall business objectives. Collaborate on campaign planning, product launches, and customer targeting strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or technologyfocused environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Uptodate with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
