    Description
    • Understanding customer Expectations
    • Making design for complete solution
    • Preparing sketch concepts for product design
    • Preparing RFQs
    • Concept to CAD conversion
    • Product design in solid works software
    • Verifying manufacturing design guidelines
    • Product assembly & interference check
    • Preparing 2D drawings & manufacturing data along with BOM
    • Preparing presentations for designs as per requirement
    • Coordination with client and vendors
    • Candidate must be able to take the responsibility of the entire project.
    • Preparing & Maintaining design data & project files on a regular basis.

    Skills Required:

    • Strong problem solving ability
    • Should be able to perform task independently
    • Vendor coordination & Negotiation skills
    • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
    • Strong fundamental of Mechanical Engineer, Solid Mechanics, Design Principles
    • Real world hands on experience in design calculation, tolerance stacks, DFMA & GD&T
    • Plastic product, design principles and manufacturing process knowledge
    • Proficiency for design Manufacturability/design for assembly
    • Experience in material selection

    Qualification Required:

    • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
    • 4+ years of industry experience in product designing
    • Experience of solid works software for part modelling, sheet metal & surface modelling
