Position Summary
The Account Officer will be responsible for handling entire activity of Accounting functions, statutory compliances and other Accounts related activities as per SOP

Base Location - Nasik -Talegaon - Dindori

The Account Executive will be responsible to work closely with the accounts team, reporting manager and He is responsible for managing Accounts, Purchase and sale entries.

Payments, Compliances, Banks etc. He shall report to the Accounts Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts:
-

Managing accounts, Purchase and Sale entries
To receive, check, verify and take data entry in books of accounts related to purchase, Expenses and sales account in Tally. ERP and SAP B
To handle Petty cash and Bank transactions
To reconcile the Bank Account, Suppliers account, Customer Account on regular interval basis
To make payment against accounts payable, Expenses on due date
To take active participation in finalization of Accounts, Internal and Statutory Audits, assisting in statutory compliances etc.
To provide MIS reports related to Expenses, Purchase, Sales, Cash flow to the management on a monthly basis.
Knowledge of GSTR1& GSTR3B Return filings
Knowledge of GSTR2B Reconciliation on monthly basis
Knowledge of monthly TDS calculation
Follow ups with clients for payments on a regular basis,
Visiting Bank for depositing cheques, other banking work, etc.
Supporting dispatches, raising debit/credit notes to Vendors and clients respectively on requirement.

Preferred Knowledge of SAP B1

QUALIFICATION:
B. Com / M. Com

KEY SKILLS :

Knowledge of Tally & SAP B1, MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Highly computer savvy, Excellent analytical and presentation skills, Active listening and responsiveness, Good in verbal and written communication, Time bounded, Disciplined, Soft and interpersonal skills.

EXPERIENCE: 3 to 4 years of experience
