ServicesScope:

Support monthlydata load from JDE to SAPIBP

Conduct rootcause analysis for data integrationissues.

Provide guidanceand assistance in IMI IBPdevelopments.

Work with DomainArchitects (including Data Infrastructure Application and Securityarchitects) to ensure that solution architecture aligns with systemdesign guidelines and enterprise architecturestandards.

Contribute tothe preparation of business specification documents functionalspecification documents and trainingmaterials.

Check and deployChange Requests according to the Change Management process byanalyzing requests proposing technical solutions with cost and timeestimation and executing them afteracceptance.

Troubleshootissues collaborate with thirdparty and technical teams to testprovide workarounds as necessary identify root causes addresssystem security needs provide permanent system solutions and createFSD documentation for IBP modules (Demand Inventory Supply Salesand Operations Planning and Response and Supply.

Support userrequests and adhoc questions ensuring excellent customerservice.

Continuouslyimprove the monthly SOP IBP cycle by advising on optimizationactions for all process parts enhancing the business userexperience.

Plan and executeUnit Testing participate in Integration Testing propose testscenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with finalusers.

Keep ServiceNowtickets updated with proper notes screenshots and all othernecessary information including due datechanges.

Service Nowticket can be passed to the user only after successful test passedwith evidence (screenshot) which proof that solution isimplemented

Service nowticket can be completed only when; root cause is identifiedevidence with working solution is attached along with userconfirmation.

Training Userson new changes and ad hocrequests

SLAs (detailsneed to be included) & KPI s

Requirements

Expertiserequired:

Preferablyexperience with the integration of IBP to 3rd party products suchas JDEdwards

Experience in JDEdwards supply chain and demand planning modules (MRP)

5 years ofS&OP / IBP experiencepreferred

Preferably 2 endto end solution implementations which covered S&OP DemandSupply Inventory / Response and Supply

Extensive handson experience within S&OP Demand Supply Inventory andresponse and supply
