    Description

    RJ Global Solutions is seeking dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Officers with a strong background in IT Services and Edtech.

    The ideal candidates will be capable of driving end-to-end sales processes, identifying potential clients, and forming strategic partnerships. They should be adept at generating consistent sales and meeting monthly revenue commitments.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify potential clients, partnerships, and alliances within IT, Marketing, Edtech, and Ecommerce sectors.
    • Generate sales with monthly commitments, ensuring a minimum revenue target of 2 Lac INR per month.
    • Engage in meaningful conversations with potential leads, providing comprehensive information about RJ Global Solutions and our clients.
    • Conduct consultations with parents, highlighting the benefits and paths associated with our offerings.
    • Build longterm partnerships with IT firms, colleges, universities, institutes, academies, and relevant organizations.
    • Mentor junior sales team members, sharing insights and strategies to enhance their performance.
    • Conduct daily outreach to prospective clients, achieving a robust range of 15+ meaningful interactions each day.
    • Utilize networking skills to achieve weekly and monthly targets, with a focus on successful conversions.
    • Maintain detailed daily reports, providing insights into lead interactions, conversion rates, and overall performance.
    • Take on additional responsibilities as delegated by management, including marketing and administrative tasks.
    • Exhibit good humor and effective communication in sales pitches.
    • Possess fluency in written and spoken English, Hindi, and Telugu.

    Desired Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales, particularly in IT Services and Edtech sectors.
    • Strong track record of bringing in deals and managing endtoend sales processes.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to build strong partnerships and alliances.
    • Passion for sales and counseling, with a knack for guiding individuals toward opportunities.
    • Ability to consistently meet monthly revenue targets and stay aligned with batch requirements.
    • Willingness to visit colleges and institutes as required.

    Preferred Experience:

    • Experience in forming strategic partnerships with IT firms, educational institutions, and relevant organizations.
    • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
    • Strong networking skills and ability to leverage them for achieving sales targets.
    • Proficiency in utilizing sales tools and maintaining detailed reports.
