Job description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in line with NBFC regulations and RBI circulars.
  • Monitor and report on the company\'s compliance with NBFC regulations and RBI circulars.
  • Maintain and update corporate records, including board meeting minutes, annual reports, and other regulatory filings.
  • Serve as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies, including the RBI and other relevant authorities.
  • Provide guidance and support to senior management on compliancerelated matters.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Develop and deliver compliance training programs to educate employees on NBFC regulations and RBI circulars.
  • Ensure that the company\'s activities are consistent with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Stay up to date on regulatory developments and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:


  • A master\'s degree in commerce (M.Com) and a CS qualification.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Companies Act Compliances & Secretarial work and assisting all legal compliances like NBFC, Fema
  • Review of daytoday transactions & monthly bank reconciliations prepared by subordinates.
  • Assisting in dealing with banks in executing transactions & collecting data, reports
  • Execution of Investment transactions, passing of entries, Reconciliation of MF statements with books of accounts
  • Preparation of monthly & quarterly MIS of investment & others
  • Coordination & providing input to tax & other Departments.
  • Excellent knowledge of the regulatory environment in which the company operates.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problemsolving and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and stakeholders.
