Roles and Responsibilities:

Making outgoing calls mainly.
New enquiries incoming calls also.
Minimum 35 connected calls per day.
Follow up of all leads received, ensuring entry of each lead in CRM.

Desired Skill Set:

Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and Hindi
(Optional languages if known - Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, or Bengali)
Convincing and selling skills.
Self-Motivated person with a zest to do result-oriented work.
Basic computer knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, CRM.
