Job responsibility:

Technical lead for Electrical & electronics design, components selection, System integration and qualification of Escalator Control system.
Design of wire harness and manage the interface between various escalator components through electrification and signaling.
Preparation of Bill of Material of Escalator Control system for various ratings.
Perform the code gap analysis on both system and components
Able to perform tender technical compliance and gap assessment. Prepare tender technical documentation
Selection and sizing of key electrical components for the electrical subsystem designs, such as: relays, safety sensors, circuit breakers, switches, transformers, protection systems for both control and power circuits.
Support electrical system calculation and analysis for cable sizing, power converters sizing, Machine sizing, heat release calculations, power supply designs.
Participate in the design review's of the electrical subsystem.
Understanding and performing FMEA and Root cause analysis
Develop/Execute qualification plan for the electrical components/ subsystem & system level.
Develop / Execute reliability tests as per OTIS/International Standards (EN/IEC)
Providing product support and technical expertise for Sales, Manufacturing (IE), Supply Chain

Educational qualification & Experience:
Bachelors in Electrical Engineering with 4 to 6 years of experience in product design & development. Experience in Escalator contract engineering or product development preferred.

Target Industry:
Reputed Escalator / Elevator / Heavy engineering Industry

Good interpersonal and communication skills
Computer/

Software Skills:
knowledge and experience on AUTOCAD/E3 and Microsoft OFFICE is essential. Knowledge in Embedded software, PROE, MATLAB, E3, EPLAN desirable.
