    Job Title:Head of Leadership Hiring

    Location: Chennai MumbaiBangalore

    Position Overview:

    Seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of LeadershipHiring to join the Talent Acquisition team. This role will bepivotal in driving talent acquisition strategy particularly inidentifying and attracting toptier leadership talent to supportgrowth and expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will have aproven track record in executivelevel recruitment within the ITservices industry coupled with exceptional leadership and strategiccapabilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive leadershiphiring strategy to meet the organizations talent acquisitionobjectives.
    • Lead endtoend executiverecruitment processes from sourcing and screening to offernegotiation and onboarding.
    • Collaborateclosely with senior management to understand hiring needs anddefine role requirements for leadership positions.
    • Build and maintain a robust network of executivelevelcandidates through proactive sourcing strategies includingnetworking events industry conferences and onlineplatforms.
    • Partner with internal stakeholdersto create compelling employer branding initiatives and enhance theorganizations reputation as an employer of choice.
    • Utilize datadriven insights and market intelligence todrive informed decisionmaking and optimize recruitmentoutcomes.
    • Provide leadership and mentorship tothe talent acquisition team fostering a culture of excellencecollaboration and continuous improvement.
    • Stayabreast of industry trends best practices and emerging technologiesin executive recruitment and talent management.

    Qualifications:

    • Masters degree in Human Resources BusinessAdministration or related field.
    • Minimum of 14years of experience in leadership hiring with a focus on the ITservices or technology industry.
    • Proven trackrecord of successfully recruiting seniorlevel executives includingCsuite and VPlevel positions.
    • Deepunderstanding of executive search methodologies candidateassessment techniques and negotiation strategies.
    • Strong business acumen and the ability to align talentacquisition initiatives with organizational goals andobjectives.
    • Exceptional communicationinterpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to buildrelationships with diverse stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience including the abilityto lead and develop highperforming teams.
    • Proficiency in leveraging technology and analytics toolsto optimize recruitment processes and outcomes.
