As a
Sales Coordinator in the Builders and Real estate business, your primary responsibility is to support the sales team and assist in various aspects of the sales process.

Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations, efficient communication, and timely completion of sales activities.

The job description for Sales Coordinator:

Sales Support:
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team to help them achieve their targets and goals.


Lead Management:

Assist in lead generation and lead management by handling incoming inquiries and distributing them to the appropriate sales representatives.


Customer Relations:

Maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers by providing excellent customer service, answering their queries, and addressing their concerns.


Sales Documentation:
Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, including agreements, contracts, proposals, and other necessary paperwork.


Sales Reporting:

Generate regular sales reports and analyze data to track sales performance, identify trends, and provide insights to the management team.


Marketing Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to boost sales.


Sales Meetings:
Organize and schedule sales meetings, prepare meeting materials, and take minutes to ensure effective communication and follow-up.


Inventory Management:

Work closely with inventory and operations teams to track available units, manage inventory levels, and provide timely updates to the sales team.


Training and Development:
Assist in training new sales team members on sales processes, product knowledge, and company policies.


Market Research:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, potential opportunities, and threats.


Budgeting and Pricing:
Assist in pricing analysis and budget management related to sales and marketing activities.


Follow-up and After-sales Support: Ensure post-sale customer satisfaction by providing after-sales support and handling any issues or complaints.


Adherence to Compliance:
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
