Job Description:
Simfy Infracon Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction team in Goa, India.

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate construction activities onsite, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor the progress of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and resolve any issues or potential problems.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Manage and supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring their adherence to project requirements.
Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily progress reports, material deliveries, and workforce attendance.
Provide regular updates to project management regarding project status, potential risks, and any necessary modifications to the construction plan.
Assist in resolving any disputes or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
Familiarity with safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance.
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
Detailoriented with strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
A diploma or degree in civil engineering or a related field is preferred.
