    Driving MI/MUI callsMUI postmortem callsGovernance of Problem and Change backlogs.
    Governance of backlog tickets – Daily tower connect.
    Governance of unassigned and unattended ticketsWeekly, SMR, Monthly,CIO – Reports, PWPA AuditVM SLA performance and Monthly SLA PerformanceGovernance of KPI – CSL & KM and SLA ExceptionsDashboard creations for governanceRU activity

    Job SpecificationsITIL V3 certifiedShould be very good on Incident, Request and Change ManagementStrong communication skills and ability to deliver from other towersAtleast 3 years of core ITSM experienceGood written communication skillsExperience and hands on working with SLA, contractual obligations, Joining bridge to discuss, technical knowledge on any of domainWorking for US shiftsSecondary skills:Ability to train and create ppt decksManaging internal team requirements in the absence of manager
