The Client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive to join our team at our Andheri location.As a Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our valued customers during the night shift hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide timely assistance.
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience with our products and services.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to relay customer feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and best practices to better assist customers and contribute to their success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service or customer success role is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customercentric approach.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and on 2nd and 4th Saturdays as per company requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Prior experience in the IT or software industry is a plus.
