About the Role:

Join us as a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, where you will collaborate closely with Corporate FP&A to provide essential financial planning and analytical support. Your expertise will play a key role in shaping strategic decisions, evaluating financial performance, and enhancing our organizational success. This position offers a unique opportunity to work across teams, leverage data analytics for valuable insights, and contribute to optimizing our financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare executive briefing packages covering performance reports, profitability, overhead, personnel, cash flow, offices, and clients.
• Work with the FP&A team to ensure data accuracy in briefing packages and dashboards, aligning outputs with organizational objectives.
• Aid in creating, reviewing, and analyzing budget forecasts and financial plans.
• Input and extract data from various systems, acting as a key user for Bechtel's performance management tools like Hyperion and Power BI.
• Conduct trend analysis, identify KPIs, performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop infographics and insights from historical and forecast data to facilitate reviews by senior executives.
• Collaborate with GBU FP&A teams, corporate service units, and executive leadership on financial analysis and modeling.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field like statistics or finance
• 8-9 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or consulting; or 5-7 years of experience with an MBA
• Industry experience in engineering, construction, banking, or consulting is beneficial
