**Job Description: Recruiter (Contract - 6 Months)


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitmentrelated activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance the effectiveness of the recruitment process.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
