As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Pharmaceutical Representative | Medical Sales Executive to join our team.


Position Overview:


As a Pharmaceutical Representative | Medical Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to hospitals and healthcare institutions.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, physicians, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company while making a difference in patient care.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Meet 12 Doctors on daily basis
- organize one campaign in a month

  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to hospitals and healthcare institutions within assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and meet sales targets.
  • Provide product education and training to healthcare professionals to ensure proper usage and maximize patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and sales support, to execute sales strategies and initiatives effectively.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and territory analysis to management on a regular basis.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy).
  • Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the hospital segment.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including hospital operations and formulary processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
