As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Pharmaceutical Representative | Medical Sales Executive to join our team.
Position Overview:
As a Pharmaceutical Representative | Medical Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to hospitals and healthcare institutions.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company while making a difference in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet 12 Doctors on daily basis
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to hospitals and healthcare institutions within assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and meet sales targets.
- Provide product education and training to healthcare professionals to ensure proper usage and maximize patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and sales support, to execute sales strategies and initiatives effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and territory analysis to management on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy).
- Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the hospital segment.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including hospital operations and formulary processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
