ADMIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and execute the assignment entrusted by the top management:

Maintenance of Properties and liaise with vendors for completion of work

Purchase of office consumables and place orders when necessary:

Coordinate with vendors for periodic maintenance of hardware devices, air conditioners,carpending works etc in various premises

Monitoring housekeeping and facility management:

Ensure periodic maintenance of vehicles

Dispatch of letters / documents:

-
Attending the bank works:

-
Ensuring the various statutory bill payments:

-
Should come and open the entrance door before the office time shift starts
:

Authorize entrance of people and secures all exits, doors and windows
:

Maintaining office stocks and accounts:

-
Verifying the documents and address of new hires.

Education Qualification : 12 passed / Any degree

Should know to read and write English

Willing to relocate / Within 10 km of Purasawalkam

Job Types:

From ₹200,000.00 per year
