The Role Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Work within the Client Lifecycle Design and Management (CLDM) Business Transformation team to drive change delivery and implementation across the endtoend client lifecycle, including coverage of AML, KYC, Tax and FM regulations

Business

  • This role provides Product Ownership for Global Banking Operations. It requires defining the product vision and managing the product development process.
  • Some of the key responsibilities of the product owner includes, but not limited to, optimizing the product value by creating and managing the product backlog and supporting the scrum team in the agile product development process.
  • The Product Owner will manage the requirement development process for a transformation project through elicitation, analysis, specification, and verification of multiple levels of requirements (business, stakeholder, solution).
  • The product owner will be part of a larger pool of offshore and onshore Product Owner teams.

Processes

  • Developing, owning and executing the product roadmap
  • Translating product roadmap features into welldefined product requirements including features, user stories and acceptance criteria as per the stakeholders' expectation
  • Managing and prioritizing product backlog items in line with stakeholders need and project budget/time constraints
  • Strategizing and present key product enhancement ideas to various stakeholders and identifying areas of product improvement
  • Obtaining stakeholder buyin and signoff on requirements
  • Acting as a single point of contact between scrum teams and business stakeholders
  • Leading the agile development process and assisting the scrum team to meet the objectives of each sprint
  • Adjusting and improving each iteration of the product before release
  • Ensuring defect free requirements through use of comprehensive and rigorous requirement elicitation techniques
  • Playing a critical communications role by interacting with the business user and with the technology teams
  • Transforming data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the end users
  • Create business value through the proposed solution proposed and implementation

Risk Management

  • Ensure risks to project milestones are highlighted at appropriate forums

  • Adhere to all internal and external regulations
