    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.

    · Implement Salesforce Lightning Industry best practices.

    · Create technical design from Functional design/Requirement.

    · Troubleshoot with debugging skill.

    · Perform configuration and customization.

    · Support data migration activities and ensure data quality within Salesforce.

    Technical Experience :

    · Must have experience of lighting migration and Lighting Components development

    · Must have Hands on SLDS and Lightning Data Service

    · Must have SFDC Configuration including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process etc Security Model, Data Model

    · Must have Hands on Customization APEX Triggers, Omni Studio, Omni Script, Flex Cards, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test Class etc

    · Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON

    · Experience on Lighting web component & Aura

    · Salesforce certifications (e.g., ADM, Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I...) are a plus

    · Effective communication and collaboration abilities

    · Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    · Ability to work with multiple stake holders

    · Team player, ability to work independently and assist juniors

    Educational Qualification : BE or B Tech or MCA or equivalent 4 year degree or PG in computers
