1.

Work closely with the sales team to support Sales and marketing activities on a day-to-day basis by calling clients and providing them with information.


  • Managing backlogs by contacting customers and coordinating transactions until lead closes.
  • Help Admin and account department with all the required data to run reports for Management, attend client's, calls, and ensure all sales files, necessary documents are complete, and closed successfully.
  • Assist in all concerned support for closing procedures of sales Product, invoicing and Payment
  • Provide virtual collateral material for sale and special events planning as applies. Assist in organizing and collating all necessary information items for sales department on assigned communities.
  • Typing business letters, memorandums, standard operation forms, reports and other correspondence in an accurate and timely manner as directed.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude.

Perform administrative support:
spreadsheets, word processing, copying, answering phones, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence as requested.


  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Salary:
₹18, ₹21,000.00 per month

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Direct sales: 3 years (required)
