    Job Description: Accountant Manager

    Company Overview:

As we expand our team, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Accountant Manager to oversee our accounting operations and ensure financial compliance and accuracy.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with Indian accounting standards.
    • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to guide business decisions.
    • Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, including GST, income tax, and other regulatory filings.
    • Bank Reconciliations: Manage bank accounts, reconcile statements, and oversee cash flow management.
    • Payroll Management: Supervise payroll processing and ensure adherence to payroll laws and regulations.
    • Audit Coordination: Facilitate internal and external audits, addressing audit queries and implementing recommendations.
    • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to support business strategies.
    • Process Improvement: Continuously streamline accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting or financial management roles.
    • Sound knowledge of Indian accounting principles and statutory requirements.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.) and advanced Excel skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Additional Information:

    The Accountant Manager will primarily be responsible for overseeing banking-related paperwork and formalities, including transactions, documentation, and compliance with banking regulations. A significant portion of this role will involve liaising with banks and financial institutions to manage the company's financial affairs effectively.
