    Job Description: TraineeEngineer / Junior Engineer / AssistantEngineer

    Department:EngineeringOperations

    Designation:Trainee Engineer / Junior Engineer / AssistantEngineer

    Qualifications:BE / ME in MechanicalEngineering

    Experience:0 to 4 Years

    AnnualSalary: 2.5 to 6lakhs

    Responsibilities:

    • Creationdocumentation maintenance and support of the followingareas:
      SolidWorks design programs andmacros.
    • Product designmodels for DriveWorksPREFERRED.
    • Programautomation capabilities in DriveWorksPREFERRED.
    • Customerproposal drawing and order drawing from controlled designdata.
    • Createmanufacturing drawings from controlled designdata.
    • Workingknowledge of SQLdatabases.
    • Billof material configuration for companyproducts.
    • Establishingand implementing efficient and easily maintainable designconfigurationsolutions.
    • Utilizeexisting data and rules whereverpossible.
    • Createand maintain product design models/configurators within DriveWorksPREFERRED.
    • Automateengineering design processes and integrate into CAD automation andERPtools.
    • Validationof new configuration models before putting intoservice.
    • FacilitateDFMEA/PFMEA process during the implementation of new designautomationprojects.
    • Troubleshootvalidate and maintain all related programs andapplications.
    • Workclosely with CAD automation and other engineering systemsgroups.
    • Workwith others towards the integration of Configuration systems withERP CAD and EPDMsolutions.
    • Trainother departmental employees regarding configurationtools.
    • Addressissues problems and questions on a daytodaybasis.
    • Supportdevelopment of scope documents pertaining to Engineering Automationand businesssolutions.
    • Actlive and behave by Companys CoreValues.
    • Otherduties asassigned.


    Requirements

    • BachelorsDegree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalentexperience.
    • Atleast three years of relevant programming experience inconfiguration software (DriveWorksPREFERRED).
    • Highlyproficient inSolidWorks.
    • CertifiedSolidWorks Professional (CSWP) certification within the last 3years of the most recent software releasePREFERRED.
    • Excellentvisualization and problemsolvingskills.
    • Goodcommunicationskills.
    • Workingknowledge of computer systems engineering and drafting systems andprocedures.
    • Abilityto independently perform assignments with instruction onlyregarding general expectedresults.
