    Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Revit draftsman specialized in architectural and structural details to join our team. The Draftsman will play a crucial role in the design process ensuring that projects meet client requirements, industry standards, and guidelines.

    Responsibilities:

    • To work under architect to create architectural plans, drawings, 3D models using Revit software and AutoCAD
    • Working with architectural and structural engineer to generate detailed drawings, sections, elevations, schedules as required for project deliverables
    • Preparation of roof detailed drawings, walls, foundations, floor frame structure, connection details, build regulation drawings etc
    • To coordinate with the team to resolve any design issues and implement changes as needed
    • To ensure compliance with project requirements by conducting quality checks on Revit
    • To participate in meetings, providing inputs related to Revit modeling and documentation
    • To collaborate with the team to integrate the input into architectural design

    Requirements:

    • Diploma in Architectural/Civil/Structural. Bachelor's degree in Architecture is an added advantage.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural drafting using Revit and AutoCAD
    • Proficient modeling in Revit and AutoCAD
    • Strong understanding of architectural principles
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
    • Experience in other softwares, such as AutoCAD, Adobe
    • Experience in commercial office fit-out projects preferred
    • Working to deadlines with a commitment to quality
    • Team player with excellent communication skills
